Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Joondalup City Centre in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (522 people or 23.2%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (330 people or 14.7%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (304 people or 13.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,156 people in total or 51.4% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Woodvale employed 24.7% in Professionals; 11.9% in Community and Personal Service Workers; and 15.6% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
