An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Kinross in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (448 females or 24.0%)
- Professionals (445 females or 23.9%)
- Community and Personal Service Workers (341 females or 18.3%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,234 females in total or 66.2% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Marmion employed 22.4% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; 37.4% in Professionals; and 11.4% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Kinross and Marmion were:
- A larger percentage of females employed as Community and Personal Service Workers (18.3% compared to 11.4%)
- A larger percentage of females employed as Labourers (5.2% compared to 1.5%)
