Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Kallaroo in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (247 males or 18.5%)
  • Mining (141 males or 10.6%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (138 males or 10.4%)

In combination, these three industries employed 526 males in total or 39.5% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Australia employed 14.7% in Construction; 2.8% in Mining; and 8.3% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Kallaroo and Australia were:
