Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Kinross in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (444 females or 24.2%)
  • Education and Training (270 females or 14.7%)
  • Retail Trade (249 females or 13.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 963 females in total or 52.5% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Joondalup employed 22.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 17.1% in Education and Training; and 10.1% in Retail Trade.
