Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Currambine in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (438 females or 23.2%)
  • Education and Training (314 females or 16.6%)
  • Retail Trade (215 females or 11.4%)

In combination, these three industries employed 967 females in total or 51.2% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Hillarys employed 22.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 17.6% in Education and Training; and 9.4% in Retail Trade.
