Dominant groups

Analysis of the five year age groups of Duncraig in 2021 compared to the City of Joondalup shows that there was a higher proportion of people in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a higher proportion of people in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 22.2% of the population was aged between 0 and 15, and 20.2% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 19.1% and 17.8% respectively for the City of Joondalup.

The major differences between the age structure of Duncraig and the City of Joondalup were:
