Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Spring Farm in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (578 males or 21.6%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (273 males or 10.2%)
  • Manufacturing (266 males or 9.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,117 males in total or 41.7% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Camden Council area employed 20.7% in Construction; 9.9% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing; and 9.7% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Spring Farm and Camden Council area were:

  • A larger percentage of males employed in public administration and safety (8.6% compared to 7.0%)
