Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Spring Farm in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (730 people or 13.8%)
  • Construction (661 people or 12.5%)
  • Retail Trade (532 people or 10.1%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,923 people in total or 36.4% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Bringelly - Cobbitty employed 10.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 14.9% in Construction; and 9.2% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of Spring Farm and Bringelly - Cobbitty were:
