Analysis of the household/family types in the Established District in 2021 compared to Camden Council area shows that there was a lower proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a higher proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 46.2% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 12.6% were one-parent families, compared with 47.5% and 11.7% respectively for Camden Council area.
There were a higher proportion of lone person households and a similar proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 14.5% compared to 13.5% in Camden Council area while the proportion of couples without children was 22.2% compared to 22.3% in Camden Council area.
