Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of CAD West in 2021 compared to South Australia shows that there was a lower proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 2.4% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 5.2% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 17.7% and 18.7% respectively for South Australia.
