Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of City South in 2021 compared to South East Overlay shows that there was a lower proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 5.6% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 10.7% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 7.1% and 18.3% respectively for South East Overlay.
