Dominant groups

In 2016, there were 12,634 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Campbelltown City, compared with 46,841 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).

Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in Campbelltown City in 2016, compared to Greater Sydney, shows that 18.3% used public transport, while 68.0% used a private vehicle, compared with 22.7% and 58.1% respectively in Greater Sydney.
