Dominant groups

In 2011, there were 11,084 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Campbelltown City, compared with 43,922 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).

Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in Campbelltown City in 2011, compared to Greater Sydney, shows that 17.1% used public transport, while 67.8% used a private vehicle, compared with 20.0% and 60.0% respectively in Greater Sydney.
