Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in HMAS Cerberus in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Public Administration and Safety (174 females or 82.5%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (14 females or 6.6%)
- Education and Training (11 females or 5.2%)
In combination, these three industries employed 199 females in total or 94.3% of the total employed female resident population.
In comparison, Rosebud employed 4.4% in Public Administration and Safety; 26.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 11.8% in Education and Training.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of HMAS Cerberus and Rosebud were:
- A larger percentage of females employed in public administration and safety (82.5% compared to 4.4%)
- A smaller percentage of females employed in health care and social assistance (6.6% compared to 26.6%)
