Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Briars Ward in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (3,423 females or 24.3%)
  • Education and Training (2,210 females or 15.7%)
  • Retail Trade (1,577 females or 11.2%)

In combination, these three industries employed 7,210 females in total or 51.3% of the total employed female resident population.
