Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of Green Wedge in 2021 compared to Watson Ward shows that there was a lower proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a higher proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 13.0% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 30.1% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 18.8% and 17.8% respectively for Watson Ward.
