Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of Briars Ward in 2021 compared to Dromana - Safety Beach shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 19.3% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 24.2% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 13.7% and 30.6% respectively for Dromana - Safety Beach.
