Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Beleura Hill in 2021 compared to Capel Sound shows that 96.3% of the households owned at least one car, while 1.7% did not, compared with 85.6% and 7.8% respectively in Capel Sound.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a smaller proportion who owned just one car; a larger proportion who owned two cars; and a larger proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 28.0% of the households owned one car; 48.2% owned two cars; and 20.1% owned three cars or more, compared with 48.7%; 27.6% and 9.3% respectively for Capel Sound.
