Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Nepean Ward in 2021 compared to Tyabb Structure Plan shows that 89.5% of the households owned at least one car, while 2.7% did not, compared with 95.0% and 1.7% respectively in Tyabb Structure Plan.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a smaller proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 34.1% of the households owned one car; 40.2% owned two cars; and 15.2% owned three cars or more, compared with 30.3%; 43.7% and 21.0% respectively for Tyabb Structure Plan.
