Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Clayton in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (1,411 males or 26.4%)
  • Technicians and Trades Workers (796 males or 14.9%)
  • Labourers (774 males or 14.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,981 males in total or 55.8% of the employed male resident population.
