Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Hughesdale in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (661 males or 31.5%)
- Managers (370 males or 17.6%)
- Technicians and Trades Workers (341 males or 16.3%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,372 males in total or 65.4% of the employed male resident population.
In comparison, Greater Melbourne employed 23.6% in Professionals; 16.1% in Managers; and 19.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers.
