An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Harkness in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Community and Personal Service Workers (550 females or 21.9%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (525 females or 20.9%)
- Professionals (449 females or 17.9%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,524 females in total or 60.8% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Truganina employed 21.2% in Community and Personal Service Workers; 18.1% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 29.3% in Professionals.
The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Harkness and Truganina were:
