Taylors Hill is bounded by Jade Way, Timele Drive, a line running north of Southbank Walk and Carlton Court, Burnley Grove and Hume Drive in the north, a line running north to south to the east of Jamison Terrace in the east, Taylors Road in the south and Gourlay Road in the west.

Settlement history

Development of the area dates primarily from the late 1990s. Rapid growth took place between 2001 and 2011 as large numbers of new dwellings were added to the area. Growth is expected to continue, although at a slower rate.

Taylors Hill is a rapidly developing residential area.

Major features of the area include Taylors Hill Shopping Village, Watervale Shopping Centre, Central Park, Heron Park, Sports Park, Springbank Park, Taylors Hill Recreation Reserve, Taylors Hill Youth and Community Centre and a number of schools.
