Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in City of Joondalup in 2016 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (9,740 people or 12.3%)
  • Construction (9,686 people or 12.3%)
  • Education and Training (8,648 people or 10.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 28,074 people in total or 35.5% of the total employed resident population.
