Dominant groups
Analysis of the male five year age groups of Woodvale in 2021 compared to City of Joondalup shows that there was a lower proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a similar proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).
Overall, 18.5% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 17.3% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 19.4% and 17.2% respectively for City of Joondalup.
