Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Woollahra Municipality in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (6,303 females or 44.7%)
  • Managers (2,968 females or 21.1%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (2,048 females or 14.5%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 11,319 females in total or 80.3% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Parramatta employed 36.0% in Professionals; 11.2% in Managers; and 20.8% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Woollahra Municipality and the City of Parramatta were:
