Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Campbelltown City in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (4,874 males or 12.7%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (4,661 males or 12.1%)
  • Manufacturing (4,459 males or 11.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 13,994 males in total or 36.4% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Greater Sydney employed 13.1% in Construction; 7.3% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing; and 6.9% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Campbelltown City and Greater Sydney were:
