Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Campbelltown City in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (8,958 females or 26.1%)
  • Retail Trade (4,137 females or 12.0%)
  • Education and Training (4,019 females or 11.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 17,114 females in total or 49.8% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Greater Sydney employed 21.0% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 9.7% in Retail Trade; and 12.6% in Education and Training.
