Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Rosemeadow in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (398 females or 25.3%)
  • Retail Trade (236 females or 15.0%)
  • Education and Training (196 females or 12.5%)

In combination, these three industries employed 830 females in total or 52.7% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Eagle Vale employed 25.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 15.4% in Retail Trade; and 11.5% in Education and Training.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Rosemeadow and Eagle Vale were:

  • A larger percentage of females employed in public administration and safety (5.7% compared to 4.3%)
  • A smaller percentage of females employed in transport, postal and warehousing (3.6% compared to 5.0%)
