Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Bradbury in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (470 females or 26.7%)
  • Education and Training (263 females or 14.9%)
  • Retail Trade (210 females or 11.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 943 females in total or 53.5% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Airds employed 30.6% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 7.0% in Education and Training; and 14.0% in Retail Trade.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Bradbury and Airds were:

  • A larger percentage of females employed in education and training (14.9% compared to 7.0%)
  • A larger percentage of females employed in public administration and safety (6.1% compared to 3.1%)
