Dominant groups

Analysis of the female five year age groups of Raby in 2021 compared to Campbelltown City shows that there was a lower proportion of females in the younger age groups (under 15) as well as a lower proportion of females in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 20.4% of the female population was aged between 0 and 15, and 12.9% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 21.2% and 14.0% respectively for Campbelltown City.

The major differences between the female age structure of Raby and Campbelltown City were:

  • A larger percentage of females aged 60 to 64 (7.3% compared to 5.4%)
  • A larger percentage of females aged 55 to 59 (7.3% compared to 5.8%)
