Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of St Georges in 2021 compared to the City of Burnside shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 20.2% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 20.9% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 17.9% and 21.7% respectively for the City of Burnside.

The major differences between the male age structure of St Georges and the City of Burnside were:
