Analysis of the number of bedrooms in dwellings for people aged 75 to 84 years in the City of Burnside in 2021 compared to Greater Adelaide, shows that there was a higher proportion of people aged 75 to 84 years in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, as well as a higher proportion of dwellings with 4 or more bedrooms.
Overall, 29.4% of people aged 75 to 84 years were in dwellings with 2 bedrooms or less, and 21.6% in 4 or more bedroom dwellings, compared with 25.7% and 16.4% for Greater Adelaide respectively.
