Dominant groups

Analysis of the male five year age groups of Mernda in 2021 compared to Mill Park shows that there was a higher proportion of males in the younger age groups (under 15) and a lower proportion of males in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 28.5% of the male population was aged between 0 and 15, and 7.1% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 16.2% and 15.3% respectively for Mill Park.
