Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in North Tamworth in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (551 people or 27.0%)
  • Retail Trade (206 people or 10.1%)
  • Manufacturing (201 people or 9.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 958 people in total or 47.0% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Warral - Kingswood employed 13.0% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 8.9% in Retail Trade; and 4.2% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of North Tamworth and Warral - Kingswood were:
