Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Foster and surrounds in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (103 females or 25.4%)
  • Education and Training (53 females or 13.1%)
  • Retail Trade (44 females or 10.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 200 females in total or 49.3% of the total employed female resident population.
