Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Redland City in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Technicians and Trades Workers (10,247 males or 26.4%)
  • Managers (6,211 males or 16.0%)
  • Professionals (5,593 males or 14.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 22,051 males in total or 56.8% of the employed male resident population.

In comparison, South East Queensland employed 21.3% in Technicians and Trades Workers; 14.9% in Managers; and 20.1% in Professionals.
