Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Mount Cotton in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (547 females or 27.2%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (492 females or 24.5%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (300 females or 14.9%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,339 females in total or 66.6% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Ormiston employed 26.8% in Professionals; 24.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 15.6% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
