Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Aintree in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (898 people or 23.0%)
  • Machinery Operators And Drivers (524 people or 13.4%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (479 people or 12.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,901 people in total or 48.7% of the employed resident population.

In comparison, Melton employed 8.5% in Professionals; 15.4% in Machinery Operators And Drivers; and 14.4% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
