Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Fraser Rise in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (470 males or 19.2%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (353 males or 14.4%)
  • Manufacturing (211 males or 8.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,034 males in total or 42.3% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, the City of Melton employed 18.2% in Construction; 14.6% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing; and 9.5% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Fraser Rise and the City of Melton were:
