Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Brookfield in 2021 compared to Melton West shows that 89.8% of the households owned at least one car, while 4.4% did not, compared with 89.4% and 3.6% respectively in Melton West.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a smaller proportion who owned just one car; a larger proportion who owned two cars; and a similar proportion who owned three cars or more.
