Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Langwarrin in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (1,496 females or 24.2%)
  • Professionals (1,405 females or 22.7%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (1,117 females or 18.0%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 4,018 females in total or 64.9% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Skye employed 21.5% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; 19.3% in Professionals; and 20.8% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
