Dominant groups
The size of Frankston City's non-English speaking labour force in 2021 was 8,512 persons, of which 2,838 were employed part-time and 4,705 were full time workers.
Analysis of the employment status (as a percentage of the labour force) of non-English speakers in Frankston City in 2021 compared to the total population in Frankston City shows that there was a lower proportion in employment, and a similar proportion unemployed. Overall, 94.2% of the non-English speaking labour force was employed, and 2.9% unemployed, compared with 95.4% and 2.4% respectively for the total population in Frankston City.
