Dominant groups
In 2021, there were 214 males who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Cranbourne North, compared with 4,623 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the male residents in Cranbourne North in 2021, compared to Cranbourne East, shows that 3.4% used public transport, while 72.6% used a private vehicle, compared with 3.9% and 73.7% respectively in Cranbourne East.
The major difference in males between the method of travel to work of Cranbourne North and Cranbourne East was:
