Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Clyde in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (651 females or 22.6%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (646 females or 22.5%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (527 females or 18.3%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,824 females in total or 63.4% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, the City of Casey employed 21.4% in Professionals; 19.5% in Community and Personal Service Workers; and 20.8% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Clyde and the City of Casey were:

  • A larger percentage of females employed as Community and Personal Service Workers (22.5% compared to 19.5%)
