Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Devon Meadows in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (128 males or 31.0%)
  • Manufacturing (40 males or 9.7%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (36 males or 8.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 204 males in total or 49.4% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Nillumbik Shire employed 23.2% in Construction; 8.1% in Manufacturing; and 4.7% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
