Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Lyndhurst in 2021 compared to Hume City shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a lower proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 62.5% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 7.6% were one-parent families, compared with 43.4% and 13.0% respectively for Hume City.
