Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Kew East in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (710 females or 41.2%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (326 females or 18.9%)
- Managers (227 females or 13.2%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,263 females in total or 73.2% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Balwyn North employed 36.2% in Professionals; 19.2% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 15.1% in Managers.
