Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in North Nowra in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Construction (244 males or 18.5%)
- Public Administration and Safety (172 males or 13.1%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (119 males or 9.0%)
In combination, these three industries employed 535 males in total or 40.6% of the total employed male resident population.
In comparison, Ulladulla employed 24.3% in Construction; 6.4% in Public Administration and Safety; and 4.3% in Health Care and Social Assistance.
The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of North Nowra and Ulladulla were:
- A larger percentage of males employed in public administration and safety (13.1% compared to 6.4%)
- A larger percentage of males employed in health care and social assistance (9.0% compared to 4.3%)
