This topic restricts the view of housing tenure to low income households in G21 Region. This can differentiate between housing markets which may be unclear when looking at the overall picture. For instance, if there are a lot of renters in the private rental market among low income earners, it may be due to housing being unaffordable for those on below average incomes. In many areas, social housing plays a role in accommodation low income households.
