Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Earlville in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (241 females or 27.6%)
  • Education and Training (112 females or 12.8%)
  • Accommodation and Food Services (96 females or 11.0%)

In combination, these three industries employed 449 females in total or 51.5% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Cairns employed 27.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 12.9% in Education and Training; and 10.7% in Accommodation and Food Services.
